Product Overview
All fiberglass dock and deck products are designed to withstand some of the most demanding marine and aquatic conditions. Grating Pacific offers Thru-Flow™ Legacy XP, Sunwalk™, Ecograte®, and Aquagrate® panels for your project needs. The products are designed to stay cool under exposure to sunlight, are UV resistant, and are manufactured with an ADA compliant slip-resistant surface. The high percentage of open area helps protect the marine environment below the dock while also allowing the walking surface to drain.
Structurally sound and corrosion resistant, easy to install, and virtually maintenance free, these products are perfect solutions for dock, deck, and a variety of other outdoor applications.
Types of Dock & Deck Products
Thru-Flow™
Thru-Flow Legacy XP panels are interlocking plastic grates, perfect for boat docks and ramps. The interlocking technology creates a resilient, aesthetic panel for your application which is easy to assemble, durable, and long lasting. Legacy XP panels are available in stock sizes with a tab and no-tab options for smooth edges and stair configurations.

Sunwalk™
Sunwalk decking and dock panels include the Sunwalk 45 Series and Sunwalk 90 Series interlocking grates. Sunwalk grates boast clean lines and a uniform design creating a professional and modern looking finish for your dock or deck. Panels are durable and storm resistant, easy to install, and provide a durable solution for docks and decks.

Ecograte® 62
ADA compliant Ecograte 62 is specifically designed to meet requirements of the National Marine Fisheries Service and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for marine decking and docks. With a 3/4” x 4” mesh and 62% open area, this grating protects seagrass and other shallow marine habitats beneath docks. Ecograte®62 comes with a standard coarse grit walking surface or the optional Aqua Grit (fine grit) surface which provides increased comfort under bare feet.

Aqua Grate® Pedestrian Grating
Popular for use in facilities such as swimming pools, water parks, marinas, and piers, ADA conforming Aqua Grate is specifically designed to meet the corrosive conditions associated with these environments. Produced in 1” and 1-1/2” depths, the nominal 1/4” opening between the 1-1/2” wide “T” shaped bearing bars provides comfort under foot.
Produced with a synthetic surface veil and UV inhibitors in the resin, Aqua Grate is long-lasting in outdoor applications. The walking surface is coated with slip resistant Aqua Grit (fine grit) which is comfortable under bare feet. Standard colors are white or light gray.
