Fabricated Wire Mesh Screens
Round Ring Screens/Pre-tensioned Screens
New and re-screened Separator Screens are available in both wire cloth and perforated metals. Standard market grade and tensile bolting cloth specifications are available from stock. Our Pre-Tensioned Round Ring sizes range from: 18” – 72” in diameter.
Screens are available with welded or epoxy mounting options and frames are available in stainless steel or carbon steel. Compatible with vibrating machines produced by the following manufacturers: Sweco, Kason, Midwestern, Synchromatic, Eriez, and Liquatex.
Hooked Screens
Grating Pacific manufacturers screens with hooked edges for use on all types of vibrating equipment. Commonly used for sifting and sizing sand or gravel as well as agricultural products, we offer a wide variety of meshes and wire diameters.
Standard hooks are produced with galvanized steel in Type #2, Type #3, and Type#5 as illustrated. Optional stainless steel hooks are also available. When specified for fine mesh screens, a protective canvas insert is placed between the hook and the mesh to prevent premature wear.
Bond-Edged Screens
Grating Pacific is pleased to offer durable replacement screens for accurate screening and sifting of materials. Edge screens are available with three common perimeter treatments:
- Bond Edges: Thermal-sealed Tape Edge for finer mesh with wire size .011” and smaller.
- Sta-Bond Edges: Thermal-sealed Tape Edge for heavier grades of wire cloth with wire size .012” and larger.
- Pure-Bond Edges: Natural clear plastic edge for use in food processing operations where FDA approval is required.
