Dynaform® FRP Structural Shapes are available for use in highly corrosive applications where stainless steel and other expensive components were once required. Produced in your choice of three resin systems, structural shapes are available in a wide range of efficient profiles. Features that make FRP structural shapes a preferred option include:

Dynaform FRP Structural Shapes
The unique qualities of Dynaform structural shapes make them ideal for use in areas where conventional materials have been traditionally employed. Pultruded in ISO, ISOFR, and VEFR resins, there are appropriate products for nearly all corrosive environments. Available shapes include:
- Beams
- Channels
- Angles
- Tubing
- Flat sheet
- Custom shapes
Dynaform Resin Systems & Colors
ISO (Olive Green): An excellent isophthalic polyester resin offering resistance to a wide range of chemicals, ISO is particularly suited for highly acidic conditions.
ISOFR (Dark Gray): An isophthalic polyester resin formulation which exhibits the same characteristics as ISO while also providing a low flame-spread rating of 25 or less (when tested according to ASTM E84).
VEFR (Beige): A vinyl ester resin system which offers proven chemical resistance. VEFR is also capable of serving higher temperatures while providing a low flame-spread rating of 25 or less (when tested according to ASTM E84).
FRP Structural Fabrication
Grating Pacific is pleased to offer complete fabrication services for all FRP products. Fiberglass structures and flooring can ship “knocked down” for field installation, partially assembled, or fully assembled subject to transportation restrictions.

FRP Grating Fabrication
Our fully trained production staff will transform stock panels into custom components to your exact specification. We will layout and cut our products to any configuration, install fastening or lifting devices, and custom cut stair treads to precise tolerances. Shop fabrication eliminates the need for dust containment and scarp disposal at the project site.
Post-fabrication, all pieces are properly resin sealed to assure maximum life. Additionally, all parts are piece marked to matching installation drawings which accompany product shipment. Our fabrication services are accurate, prompt, and lead to straightforward installation.
