Fiberplate Stair Tread Covers
Product Overview
Easily installed over existing wood, concrete, or metal steps, these solid stair covers have a slip-resistant grit walking surface and a defined visible nosing. The standard thickness of the plate is 1/8” with 1/4” plate available for heavy duty applications.
- Standard color: dark gray with yellow nosing or yellow with dark gray nosing
- Optional nosing: phosphorescent coated
- Lengths: Standard 12’-0 or cut-to-size

Phosphorescent Nosing
For specialty applications such as stairs serving as emergency exits, covers with a phosphorescent coating on the nosing may be specified. This defined nosing glows upon removal of a primary light source. The standard color for treads with phosphorescent coating is dark gray with a yellow nosing.
