Product Overview
SunWalk molded polypropylene panels include the SunWalk 45 Series and SunWalk 90 Series interlocking grates. SunWalk grates boast clean lines and a uniform design creating a professional and modern looking finish for your dock or deck. Panels are storm surge resistant, easy to install, and provide a durable solution for marine applications.
SunWalk 45 and SunWalk 90 series panels are manufactured with an ADA compliant slip-resistant walking surface, coupled with a 45% open area. The open area permits the passage of water during storm surges to prevent the flexing of panels. Docks and decks manufactured with these panels may be enjoyed under any conditions, with minimal maintenance.
Panel Sizes
SunWalk panels are offered in 1′ x 3′, 1′ x 4′, and 1′ x 5′ stock sizes. Stock panel sizes allow for quick and easy layout of docks or decks in a variety of configurations and sizes. Manufactured with simple, uniform openings, SunWalk 45 and SunWalk 90 series panels create clean and professional designs.
Interlocking Features
SunWalk 45 and SunWalk 90 series panels are manufactured with interlocking features. This allows for efficient installation that requires half fasteners needed for wood docks, while providing unmatched durability. Interlocking panels create solid structural units that reduces shifting, and spreads load to adjacent panels during use.
Color Options
SunWalk 45 and SunWalk 90 series panels are available in two colors, oak and stone. Colors stay vibrant, even when exposed to long durations of UV light, keeping its clean and professional appeal.
