Aluminum Bar Grating Stair Treads
Aluminum stair treads are available fabricated to any size in types “SG” and “SGI” swage locked, type “ADT” aluminum dovetail pressure locked, or type “SGF” aluminum flush-top grating. Treads are manufactured with a defined visible nosing and pre-punched end carrier plates or angles, ready for bolting or welding to the stair stringers.

Aluminum Carrier Plates
Aluminum carrier plates are recommended for use with 19, 15, and 11 spaced gratings.
Aluminum Carrier Angles
Aluminum carrier angles are recommended for use with 8 and 7 spaced gratings.
Aluminum Bar Grating Nosing Options
Optional 2″ wide nosings are available for applications subject to California Title 24 and the California Building Code. These nosings must be specified at the time of order.
Corrugated Aluminum Nosing
Nosing is welded to grating carrier plates/angles.
Cast Abrasive Nosing
Cast abrasive nosing is mechanically fasted to welded mounting angle.
FRP Nosing
Fiberglass slip-resistant nosing is mechanically fasted to a welded mounting angle.
OnGrip™ Nosing
OnGrip nosing is welded ot the grating stair tread and carrier plates/angles
